Unless otherwise indicated, any offer on products and services provided by the Operators offered by TOURINGCANARIAS.COM is made as a mediator in the sale. In other words, TOURINGCANARIAS.COM only puts the Operator in contact with potential customers by managing the acquisition of products/services through the Internet. Therefore, TOURINGCANARIAS.COM is an intermediary that is limited to concluding contracts in the name and on behalf of the client on the one hand and the Operator on the other, without promising benefits and without providing them, not being bound by the result.

The realization by the client of reservations or purchases of products or services of those Operators that the client chooses, will be subject to the specific terms and conditions that said Operators establish for each case (see section 1). The client agrees to accept and respect the terms and conditions of purchase established by any Operator with which the client chooses to contract, including, but not limited to, the payment of any amounts accrued and compliance with any rules and restrictions. about the availability of rates, products or services. In the event that there are special rules or restrictions that will affect certain rates, products or services selected by the client, such special rules or restrictions will be made clear to the client on the screen before proceeding with the reservation.

The preparation and updating of information on offers, products or services, prices, characteristics and any other data and relevant information about the products and services offered through the website, corresponds to the respective Operators. TOURINGCANARIAS.COM is responsible for publishing said information for viewing on the website

The offers, terms and conditions of TOURINGCANARIAS.COM and the Operators may be subject to change at any time, and without prior notice. These modifications will not affect the offers, terms and conditions already accepted by the client at the time of contracting. The client must review the terms and conditions of TOURINGCANARIAS.COM before contracting any service or product to verify the changes produced.

If the client does not accept these terms and conditions, he must not use this website. By using our website you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The Operators, each within the scope of their respective obligations, will be responsible to the client for compliance with the obligations derived from the regulations in force and the terms and conditions of sale of each of the products and services that are hire.

In order that the client may have access to the comparison and acquisition of requested services, the client expressly accepts that TOURINGCANARIAS.COM may carry out on his behalf mere procedures with the Operator in order to enable said comparison between services and its acquisition.


The client declares that he meets the necessary requirements and has the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered by the Operators on the TOURINGCANARIAS.COM website, in accordance with the conditions detailed below, which he declares to understand and accept. TOURINGCANARIAS.COM is not responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data filled in by the user and therefore cannot verify the age and legal capacity necessary to contract them.

Furthermore, some Operators demand certain requirements to contract certain excursions/activities. The client will be informed of these requirements before the purchase is finalized in section 1 of these Terms and Conditions, and undertakes to contract only those services offered in which they meet the age and seniority requirements demanded by the aforementioned Operator.< /p>

The client agrees to use the services and content on our website in accordance with the Law, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the services offered by TOURINGCANARIAS.COM at all times, and must refrain from using them for:

  • Carry out activities that constitute an infringement of the regulation on intellectual and industrial property or any other rule of the applicable legal system.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, sell or exploit any content on the Website for commercial purposes.
  • Disseminate content of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, advocating terrorism and/or that attempt against human rights.

The client can contract the service of an Operator through the sales channels indicated in these General Conditions. 

Throughout or after the reservation process on the TOURINGCANARIAS.COM website, additional services and products may be offered as a complement to the reservation. The client may accept or reject these services and products without affecting your initial selection in any way.

Any reservation initiated becomes a purchase at the end of the process described below, with the creation of a reference number and its sending to the customer’s email inbox.

The client will be able to compare the different services offered by the Operators associated with TOURINGCANARIAS.COM on the website. The client can then select the service that best suits their needs, and start the reservation process. The reservation process consists of entering your personal data, specific data about the service to contract (number of participants, type of service, etc.) and your bank card data. Once said data has been entered, and before the purchase is finalized, the customer can view the terms and conditions for the service (this document), being able to proceed or not with the purchase. If you make the purchase, the customer will be sent a confirmation email with the reference number of the same with all the information necessary to enjoy the service.

The client whose data is entered during the reservation process will always be designated as the owner of the reservation, therefore they must present themselves at the time the contracted service begins.

In case of making the reservation through the TOURINGCANARIAS.COM Customer Service, the agents will guide and advise the customer on the available offer that best suits their needs. They will also verbally inform you of the characteristics of the service you are contracting, which will be specified in the purchase confirmation e-mail sent to the customer.

TOURINGCANARIAS.COM is not responsible for the damages that could derive from all those technical incidents that affect the Internet network, access or the same electronic device from which the reservation is made and that could affect in any way way to carry it out (understood as technical incidents, for informational and non-limiting purposes: interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or in the computer equipment and devices of users, etc.).

In the case of incidents in the contract attributable to TOURINGCANARIAS.COM, it will inform the contracting party of said situation, as soon as it becomes aware of it, and will provide, to the extent possible, the provision of the contracted services , or failing that, if the provision of the contracted services is not possible in any way, it will proceed to reimburse the amounts paid to TOURINGCANARIAS.COM by the client.

The client, for his part, is responsible for checking his reservation once the reservation has been formalized in order to inform TOURINGCANARIAS.COM of possible incidents that may have occurred during the contracting process in order to solve them without prejudice to the parties. .

TOURINGCANARIAS.COM makes available to users to identify and correct errors in data entry the email address

Likewise, TOURINGCANARIAS.COM will communicate to the client, through its Customer Service department, the possible incidents that it detects, produced during the contracting process, in order to resolve them without prejudice to the parties.

In case the client does not show up at the place and time indicated in the confirmation email, on the day of the reservation, or does not meet any of the requirements indicated in said confirmation email, the client will lose the amount paid. in the reservation, and you will not be entitled to any compensation.


The client confirms that the information provided, either directly through our website or by calling Customer Service, is true. In the case of falsity of any of the data, or that the contracting party had provided incomplete information related to their identity, as well as in relation to the requirements demanded by TOURINGCANARIAS.COM and the Operators for the execution of the contract, also refusing to correct said deficiency, this circumstance may affect the correct provision of the contracted services, without this implying any responsibility for TOURINGCANARIAS.COM.


Given the telematic nature of the contract, TOURINGCANARIAS.COM does not accept cash for payment under any circumstances. Credit and debit cards are accepted for contracting the product/service (more information in section 4 of this document).

 Payment Methods


This form of payment is immediate, convenient and secure. When you finish your order, you can make the payment on the bank page. Touring Canarias will not receive this data nor will it have access to it.

For security, your bank will send you a code to your mobile to complete the payment.

Payment for our products will be made with VISA, MASTERCARD cards. Your bank details will be transmitted in a totally secure environment to our bank. We do not record these data at any time and they are used only to complete the purchase process. MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Euro 6000 cards are accepted. This gateway only supports payment with secure cards; In case of any error in the payment, it is advisable to contact the bank that has issued the card. The website specifies to cardholders that it is responsible for transactions. We use SSL security, so the data is entered on a secure page and the Official Data Protection Law (LOPD) is complied with.


All clients without exception must present themselves with a document that identifies them in the Operator’s database in order to confirm their identity.

Additionally, for certain services, the Operator may require other types of documentation. This documentation will be specified in the Operator’s conditions and in the reservation confirmation email.

The customer may also be required to provide the reference number provided by TOURINGCANARIAS.COM.


The modification or cancellation of the reservation can be made via email to the TOURINGCANARIAS.COM customer service department, (it will not be effective until receipt of the written confirmation). For modifications or cancellations, a minimum period for cancellation is contemplated according to the specific conditions of each Operator (see section 1 of this document).


After the end of the service, if the client wants to make any kind of suggestion or claim, they can contact TOURINGCANARIAS.COM:

  • In person, at our address, Calle Las Arenas, 21, 38435, Los Silos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where official claim forms are available.

Because TOURINGCANARIAS.COM is an intermediary that is limited to concluding contracts in the name and on behalf of the client on the one hand and the Service Operator on the other, the suggestions and claims related to the service provided will be transferred to the Operator.

TOURINGCANARIAS.COM, intermediary and final seller of the activity, will respond to the consumer, depending on the obligations that correspond to them by their respective sphere of intermediation between the client and an operator in charge of the contracted activity. Any incident that occurs during the performance of the activity will be the responsibility of the operator that carried out said activity, and whose identity was informed to the client during the confirmation of the reservation.
