Cancellation and refund

Reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event/route if there are not enough people registered, weather conditions or any other cause beyond Touring Canarias. In these cases, the payments received for the reservation will be fully refunded without the express possibility of any other type of compensation.

You can cancel or request the return and refund of the reservation as long as the following terms and conditions are met:

  • Cancellations must be informed in writing, sending an email to info@touringcanarias. Said email must contain all the reservation data, including: name of the route, name and surname of the person who made the reservation, date, payment method and contact information. Cancellations reported by any other means are not accepted.
  • Only cancellations received 24 hours before the day of the route will be processed.

Change policy: If the person cannot participate in the activity, they can transfer said reservation to another person or it can be changed for another available date or experience. If there is a difference in price, said difference will be paid.

Return and Refund Policy: Returns and refunds may take up to 3 days to become effective. But they will be attended to as soon as possible by our Customer Service team.
